Goal Zero Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you with charge points through purchases, referrals, social media engagement, and more. You earn 1 charge point for ever dollar spent.

Goal Zero Rewards is for all United States customers who can purchase on goalzero.com and all you have to do is sign up to create an account.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, making purchases, following us on social media, signing up for our news letter and SMS alerts.

You need to log into your Goal Zero Rewards account. You points will be displayed on the rewards page under your rewards.

Once logged in to your rewards you can click the rewards to tab to see what rewards are available to you. If you have enough points, select the Voucher you would like to use and click "Get Reward" then select Redeem. You new voucher code will be visible and able to be copied. Copy the code and enter the code in the discount code box at checkout. This will create a discount code that you will need to apply at checkout, once you add the item to your cart.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last qualifying purchase. A qualifying purchase is an order that has been paid in full, hasn’t been returned to us and qualifies to earn points. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of your qualifying purchase. If your account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in your account will expire.

After you place an order, your points will be in an approval period for 5 days. Whilst in this pending state, your points cannot be used to redeem rewards. However, points earned from other actions, like following us on Instagram, will be rewarded instantly.

Referral points are earned 15 days after the referred makes a purchase.

Only a single voucher discount code can be used per purchase. Exclusions may apply. Discounts and vouchers are not valid on Open Box products or Protection Plans. Discount codes may not be available on products that are already discounted during sale periods.
