Whether you're rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs or the Philadelphia Eagles, one thing is for sure – you don't want your party to be ruined by a power outage. Appetizers:


Grilled Chicken Wings:

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup of your favorite wing sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken wings in the wing sauce for at least 1 hour.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F.
  4. Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve with blue cheese dipping sauce.

Smokey BBQ Meatballs:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F.
  4. Place the meatballs on the grill and smoke for 20-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Stuffed Jalapeños:

Ingredients:

  • 12 jalapeños
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 strips of bacon

Instructions:

  1. Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each jalapeno with a strip of bacon.
  5. Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F.
  6. Place the jalapenos on the grill and smoke for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.

Main Courses:

Smoked Ribs:

Ingredients:

  • 2 slabs of ribs
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite rib rub
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Rub the ribs with the rib rub.
  2. Preheat your Traeger grill to 250°F.
  3. Place the ribs on the grill and smoke for 3 hours.
  4. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce in the last hour of cooking.
  5. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.

Traeger Tri-Tip:

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs tri-tip
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Rub the tri-tip with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat your Traeger grill to 375°F.
  3. Place the tri-tip on the grill and smoke for 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F.
  4. Slice against the grain for a tender and juicy main course.

Philadelphia Cheesesteak Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 large baguette or hoagie roll
  • 1 lb. thin-sliced rib-eye steak
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the olive oil to the skillet and let it heat up.
  3. Add the sliced onion and green pepper to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set them aside.
  5. Add the thin-sliced rib-eye steak to the same skillet and cook until the steak is browned, about 3 minutes per side. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  6. Cut the baguette or hoagie roll in half lengthwise and spread the butter on the inside of each half.
  7. Place the cooked steak on the bottom half of the roll, then top with the cooked onions and green pepper.
  8. Place the cheese on top of the vegetables, then close the sandwich.
  9. Place the sandwich on a baking sheet and place it under the broiler for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Kansas City Chili Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain the excess fat, then add the onion, garlic, and green pepper to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir to combine.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the chili simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve the chili hot and top with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, if desired. Enjoy!

Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Ice Cream:

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  3. Brush the peaches with the sugar mixture.
  4. Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 10 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Grilled Pound Cake with Berries:

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of pound cake
  • 2 cups of mixed berries
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp of powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 375°F.
  2. Place the pound cake slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mixed berries and powdered sugar.
  4. Serve the grilled pound cake with the berry mixture and a dollop of whipped cream.

Smoked S'mores:

Ingredients:

  • 8 graham crackers
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 8 squares of chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 375°F.
  2. Place 2 marshmallows and 1 square of chocolate between 2 graham crackers to make a s'more.
  3. Place the s'mores on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
