Why am I seeing less than 600W input into my Yeti?

In order to safely and efficiently charge your battery, the actual input to your Yeti X may vary from 500W to 600W. The input will usually be lower during the top end and bottom end of the charging cycle.

Why is my power supply hot?

The heat is normal and can reach temperatures up to 140 Degrees Fahrenheit (60 Degrees Celsius). This is caused by the change in voltage from AC to DC voltage.

Why is my power station not charging?

Please double check all connections are firmly plugged in. The Yeti Power Stations have built-in over charge protection. It is possible your unit is fully charged or close to a full charge. We would recommend confirming the functionality at a lower battery level < 80%.
