I live with a Sherpa 100AC Power Bank next to me year round. Recharging the headphones in the truck on the way to the trailhead in Teton valley, powering up drone batteries while scouting new ski terrain in the Karakoram, running my laptop in the truck while desert climbing. The 100AC does it all and in a very portable package.
Luke Smithwick finds purpose exploring the unknown. Over the past decade he has made 76 expeditions to the Himalayas, the highest mountain range on Earth. He is focused on the unclimbed and unskied peaks of the range. When not on expedition Luke is at home in the Teton Valley of Idaho, training with his Siberian Husky Wolfie on big mileage days trail running and backcountry skiing. His current goal is the HIMALAYA 500, a project seeking out iconic ski lines in the Himalayas while bringing mountain sports education and public outreach to rural communities in need through his non-profit Himalaya Education and Outreach Fund. Luke is also the founder of Himalaya Alpine Guides, a guide service focused on the lesser known regions of the vast and orographically-fragmented Greater Himalayan range. He uses the Goal Zero Nomad panels and Sherpa 100 AC units the most due to their portability.
