We stand behind our products and want to be sure they perform as promised. Our warranty covers defective or damaged GOAL ZERO products. For all GOAL ZERO batteries, we have a 6-month warranty, from date of purchase. For all other GOAL ZERO gear (solar panels, lights, etc.), we offer a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. Once the defective product is received, we will send out a replacement and provide you with a tracking number.
