    I was not aware of the Sherpa 50 problems with meltdowns. I plugged my Sherpa 50 in to charge it up for a 50 miler this Monday, and thank goodness my family was awake. They awoke me at 11:30pm and said that an odor was overtaking our home. As I came to, I walked past the Sherpa 50, and saw that it was smoking and bulging. I had to pick it up with one of the cables because it burnt my fingers as I grabbed it on the side. I have carpet cleaned the area it was placed, and sprayed my home with all the air fresheners we own. Still the odor is extremely poignant. I’m hoping the gas isn’t toxic, which it doesn’t appear to be due to my birds remaining alive. I have just finished searching the web and have found this to be a common problem. I’m disappointed a recall notice never went out. Needless to say, I’ll be contacting you in a few hours. Your company has always been, and will continue to be, one of my favorites. What happened???

    My wife bought our extreme 350 power pack about 2 years ago..she said it never worked..well I should have followed up for her but life has been busy. It sure doesn’t work at all even after an all night charge. Can the battery be replaced in this?

    I have had my yeti 1250 replaced 4 times under warranty. I just want a refund at this point but goal zero wants to keep shipping me out a new unit.
    The problem is with the charge controller and display. The yetti will shut off at 20%, then by resetting it it works again for a while and shows a display of 40% charge. The unit also stops charging when the display reads 60% charged and does not allow a charge when it should charge itself due to increased output use.
