If you have a solar panel attached to it yes. However you will need to keep an eye on the battery charge level. You can get the Guardian charge controller and you can leave it attached all day long and the Guardian will do that controlling for you!A:
This item is just the cord, not the panel. You can use it to connect a solar panel to a third-party 12V battery, like your marine battery. It should charge the battery, provided you have enough sunlight.Q:

The difference between these products is the size of the cord used to connect to the solar panels. The 8mm clips are for the boulder 30 panel, while the 4.7mm (90815A) clips are used for all other trickle charge-capable panels.
