I would not recommend putting 4 of them in this case. They fit but there not as secure as i would like them to be in my case, since there is nothing separating the 2 panel that you would be putting side by side.Q:

Yes it can fit two Boulder 15 panels, one on each side. Doesn't matter if you store them vertically or horizontally, and you have room to store additional items, if necessary. No additional pockets on the inside, though.Q:

You will need to place the panels in direct sunlight for use. The case will block some of the sun, so you will want to take them out.Q:
