SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order arrive?

You have the option of shipping using United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is guaranteed and tracking information is provided using UPS. Delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed with USPS.

Overnight Shipping: If shipping by air, products will ship the same day as long as the order is placed by 1:00pm MST Monday – Friday.

Ground Shipping: All ground orders placed by 1:00pm MST Monday-Friday will ship from our warehouse within 36 hours.

How are your shipping delivery dates calculated?

You will receive an estimated delivery date when placing an order. Estimated delivery is based on your order being placed before 1:00 pm MST Mon-Fri.

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping option you have chosen and if the product you are purchasing in currently in stock. We only ship orders if they are 100% complete unless other arrangements are made. To make other arrangements please contact support@goalzero.com.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes to package to travel from our warehouse to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you have selected. We only ship from our warehouse Monday – Friday. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Do you ship to AFO/P.O. Boxes?

Yes. We use USPS to deliver to any AFO/P.O. Box. Please be aware that the delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed with USPS.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. Please contact support@goalzero.com or fill out the form on our support page to get a shipping quote. We have many distributors throughout the world that may be able to source your product as well. Check out our Store Locations.
