We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gear – no hassle returns. This only applies to products purchased directly from GOAL ZERO. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.
How do I return my order?
To obtain return/warranty service contact our Customer Service Team:

Customer Service team will determine what further action is required. They will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package include your proof of purchase date with the product.
Send the product by mail or courier, with shipping cost paid by you, to:

We will process your return and send your repaired or replacement product to you at our expense for products being shipped to locations in North America.
I changed my mind, can I exchange my product?
If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with our product(s) for any reason, return the product within 30 days of purchase if it is meets the following requirements:
- You purchased from GOAL ZERO directly
- You are within 30 days of purchase
- It is in like new condition and still in our packaging.
Pay for the shipping and we will refund your money less the original shipping cost.
If you are exchanging for a different product, first return the product and once we receive it we will send out your exchange. The difference in amounts will be refunded as well to whichever party is short.
