Sell Goal Zero products at Costco's Nationwide. Goal Zero is currently scheduled to do over 400 Costco road shows/events across the United States this year. We are in need of reliable, hard-working, sales professionals that are excited about our product and want to educate others on the benefits of easy-to-use solar power during these Costco events.
How the program works and Independent Sales Representative Responsibilites:
Costco Road Shows run for a 10 day period, the Independent Sales Reps will be responsible for:
- Initial booth set-up
- Managing the booth for the entire 10 days (working the hours of operation for Costco Warehouses)
- Responsible for taking down their booth after the show is over
- Required to lift 20-40 lbs on a regular basis
- Able to stand for 10-12 hours at a time
- Ability to self-manage
All Independent Sales Representative must be sales oriented, energetic, and possess the ability to identify customer problems needs and educate them on how our product will benefit their lives. ISR's must have at least 1 year of previous sales experience, must be reliable, punctual and able to problem solve.
All Sales Reps work on commission, which is broken down into two levels
Commission:
Tier 1: Receive 15% commissions on Goal Zero revenues from $0 to $24,999
Tier 2: Receive 18% commissions on Goal Zero revenues $25,000 and up.
End of Show Bonus/Reimbursement:
All ISR's are responsible for booking your own hotels, flight and rental cars. Goal Zero includes a flat reimbursement (typically 5-7 days) after completion of a Costco Road Show.
Sales reps that travel will receive a reimbursement (based upon your home address) see below:
- 1-50 miles receive $200.00 reimbursement for travel expenses
- 51-250 miles receive $700.00 reimbursement for hotel stay, gas and/or flights
- Over 251 miles receive $1,400.00 for car rental, gas, hotel and flights.
