Having lived several years in the Czech Republic, Austria, Chile, and Costa Rica... Joe literally calls the world his home. You can find him king salmon fishing in Alaska, hiking volcanoes in Costa Rica, golfing in Hawaii or exploring the ruins in Maccu Piccu, Peru. Each year he enjoys running in the Ragnar Relay Wasatch Back, a 188-mile relay run with 11 friends through the beautiful mountains of Utah. This year, you can find him on the road telling the GOAL ZERO story to potential retailers of our innovative products.

Lee was most recently Senior Vice President of Merchandising for Recreational Equipment Incorporated (REI) but now can be found leading the charge at Goal Zero. His vast experience in outdoor products and manufacturing is helping to propel Goal Zero into the next phase of development and growth. Lee can be found in his off-time kayaking, cycling, hiking and golfing.
Chief Financial Officer
Robert has spent the last 17 years working with outdoor brands in the consumer product space. Prior to joining Goal Zero, he was the CFO of Black Diamond Equipment (BD) and helped lead the financial transformation of BD from being a private company to being publicly traded on the NASDAQ. When he is not working on cash flow modeling, he enjoys road and mountain biking, Nordic and Alpine skiing, rock climbing and backpacking.
Vice President of Product Innovations
Born and raised in Hawaii, Norm's adventures have been set in some of the most scenic places on earth. Whether bombing through a bamboo jungle on his mountain bike, bodysurfing at "Sandys", backpacking Waimea Canyon, scaling waterfalls, surfing, or literally swinging from banyan tree vines into tropical pools, Norm loves the islands. Now living in Utah, Norm has added to his love of the outdoors. Climbing granite slabs, mountain biking slick rock or just hiking with his family are some of his favorite activities. At GOAL ZERO Norm is responsible for staying outdoors, testing our gear and making it better.
Vice President of Product Development
Keyvan's academic and work background is in electrical engineering, with experience in electrical and mechanical design, software and firmware development, and project and product management. His role at Goal Zero is to take the ideas and innovations of the creative teams and help make them a reality with a fantastic team of engineers, technicians, and project managers. Although, like many at Goal Zero, he enjoys outdoors activities like camping, canyoneering, snowboarding, and mountain biking, he's a techie at heart. Since tinkering with gadgets and gizmos are his favorite hobbies, he really loves that his job is basically building and playing with high tech toys, a grown-up version of something he's done since he was a kid.
